June 2026 Volunteer of the Month - Jackie

Jackie is one of our newer volunteers, but that doesn't mean she hasn't already done a lot of work! This month, we take a moment to say a big thank you to Jackie for all she does. Not only has she helped us set up a meet and greet, she also regularly processes adoption applications, which is often a thankless job. Read a bit about Jackie here:

"I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. In my spare time I enjoy taking the dogs to the dog park and going to the movies. I enjoy volunteering with PPD because I grew up working in an animal shelter and enjoy giving back to the community."
