February 2026 Volunteer of the Month - Abby

This month, we want to give a big shout out to Abby, our February volunteer of the month. Abby is one our cat fosters, after she initially found a stray cat and took action. She knew someone needed to take action and she decided to be that person! We just LOVE folks like Abby <3 Read a bit about Abby and why she chooses to open her heart and home to kitties in need:

"I'm Abby, I'm 26 and I live in Kettering! I'm a high school teacher full time and a daycare teacher on the side, so it's safe to say I love working with kiddos. As much as I love working with kids, I love having animals in my life. I just started fostering with Paw Patrol in 2025 and it has been one of the most fulfilling experiences I've ever had. I have a love for all animals, but especially cats. Both of my cats, Moose and Whitt, were strays that were rescued and now that I'm doing the same for more and more babies and helping find their forever home is like a dream for me. One of my favorite parts of being a part of Paw Patrol is seeing all the pictures of the sweet babies and watching them get adopted to their forever homes!"
