January 2026 Volunteer of the Month - Sarah Ingram

We want to start the year off by recognizing one of our long-term fosters, Sarah Ingram. She has been part of our volunteer family for many years and does a lot of behind the scenes work that doesn't often get noticed. But today, we want to recognize her efforts and say a giant thank you! She helps run our social media and leads our adoption follow-ups, and we are so thankful for all the time she spends helping us out. Read a bit about why she volunteers below:

"I volunteer as a way to be even just a small part of an animal's journey of success into a forever home. After fostering 32 dogs and adopting 2 of them (another amazing reason to foster, finding your own future best friends sometimes!), I continue to volunteer on the admin side until I am able to foster again. It's a way to stay involved; as truly, anyone and everyone no matter what your situation, schedule, etc is in life, can make a difference somewhere along the way!"
